  • Attendee Details: Full Name, WhatsApp Number / Mobile Contact, Gender, and City/Place of origin.
  • Transaction Records: Razorpay Payment ID, Razorpay Order ID, total amount paid, and digital receipt references.
  • Technical Logs: Browser session state and timestamp of registration for operational verification.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

Your details are used strictly for:

  • Generating digital QR entry passes and delegate badges.
  • Delivering automated registration confirmation and event logistical updates via WhatsApp or SMS.
  • On-site venue entry authorization and attendance reconciliation.
  • Accounting, audit compliance, and transaction verification.

3. Payment Security & PCI-DSS Compliance

All online transactions are processed through Razorpay Payment Gateway, which is certified under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS Level 1). Our servers never receive, log, or store your sensitive financial data such as credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or netbanking passwords.

4. Non-Disclosure & Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, commercialize, or lease attendee personal data to any external marketing agencies, advertisers, or third-party sponsors. Data is accessible solely to authorized event organizers and administrative personnel of Garib Nawaz Foundation.

5. Data Retention & Security Measures

Attendee data is stored in secured, encrypted serverless databases with role-based authentication. We retain registration records as required for legitimate audit and tax compliance.
