Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for HIJRA EXPEDITION @Coimbatore, scheduled for Saturday, November 07, 2026. Please review our official cancellation and refund terms detailed below before completing your registration.

Key Policy Summary: Digital passes and delegate contributions are non-refundable once confirmed. In the event of event cancellation by the organizer, a full 100% refund will be issued within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment source.

1. General Registration Policy

As this event involves pre-booked auditorium seating, catering provisions, printed presentation booklets, and reserved delegate badges:

All completed registrations, pass reservations, and contributions are considered final and non-refundable.
Failure to attend the seminar on Saturday, November 07, 2026 due to personal scheduling conflicts, travel delays, or absenteeism does not qualify for a refund.

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement by Organizer

Event Rescheduling: If HIJRA EXPEDITION is rescheduled due to logistical requirements or unavoidable circumstances, all purchased passes will automatically remain valid for the new date. If an attendee cannot attend the rescheduled date, they may request a full refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement.
Complete Cancellation: If the event is cancelled permanently by Garib Nawaz Foundation, a 100% full refund will be initiated automatically to all registered participants.

3. Refund Processing & Timelines

For any eligible refund:

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method utilized during checkout (via Razorpay to the source Bank Account, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI ID).
Processing time for refunds is strictly 5 to 7 business days from the date of refund approval, depending on the recipient banking network.

4. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

In case of duplicate deductions due to a network glitch where money is debited twice for a single registration, the excess payment will be refunded within 5–7 business days upon reconciliation. Please email transaction receipts to contact@garibnawazfoundation.org.
