Welcome to the official registration portal for HIJRA EXPEDITION @Coimbatore (Exploring the migration journey of Prophet Muhammed ﷺ), presented by Garib Nawaz Foundation. By purchasing an entry pass, registering attendees, or making contributions via this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of Services & Digital Ticketing

This portal provides online registration and digital entry passes for the historical presentation and seminar HIJRA EXPEDITION, presented by Dr. Muhammed Farooq Naeemi Al Bukhari. Upon successful payment verification through our integrated Razorpay payment gateway, attendees receive a digital pass containing a unique, tamper-evident QR code.

2. Entry Pass & Admission Protocol

• Each digital pass corresponds to one attendee and is validated upon entry via optical QR scanning at the reception desk.
• Attendees must present their digital QR pass on a mobile device or physical printout alongside valid identification if requested.
• Passes are strictly non-transferable unless prior written consent has been granted by the organizing committee.
• The organizer reserves the right of admission to maintain a respectful, educational, and secure environment.

3. Payment & Pricing

All entry pass fees and contribution amounts are stated in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). Registration totals are computed on the server based on the number of attendees and selected contribution tiers. Payment processing is facilitated securely via Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store credit card or netbanking credentials on our servers.

4. Code of Conduct & Venue Rules

Attendees are expected to maintain decorum during the keynote presentation by Dr. Muhammed Farooq Naeemi Al Bukhari. Unauthorized professional audio/video broadcasting or commercial distribution without prior written approval is prohibited.

5. Force Majeure & Event Rescheduling

In the unforeseen event of natural calamities, government directives, public health regulations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control necessitating postponement, the event will be rescheduled to the earliest feasible date. Existing digital passes will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to registrations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
