Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy

This policy outlines the delivery and fulfillment mechanism for registration passes purchased on our platform for HIJRA EXPEDITION @Coimbatore.

No Physical Shipping Required: All tickets, passes, and booking confirmations provided by Garib Nawaz Foundation are 100% digital goods and are delivered electronically immediately upon transaction completion.

1. Method of Delivery

Upon successful payment verification through Razorpay, registered attendees are automatically redirected to the confirmation and digital pass portal. Each attendee receives:

  • An electronic pass displayed instantly on-screen.
  • A cryptographically unique QR code (opaque identifier) for fast track entry verification.
  • High-resolution digital download capability for offline saving on smartphones or physical printing.
  • Optional automated confirmation link sent to the primary WhatsApp contact number provided during registration.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Instantaneous Fulfillment: Digital tickets are generated and accessible within seconds of payment signature verification.
  • There are no transit delays, postal wait times, or physical shipping fees.

3. Accessing Your Pass Post-Purchase

If you close your browser or navigate away before saving your ticket, you can retrieve your passes at any time using your unique Registration Reference Link provided during checkout.

4. Physical Delegate Handbooks & Badges

Any physical items associated with the event (such as printed presentation summaries, notepads, and delegate badges) will be handed over in person at the entry reception of Coimbatore Convention Centre on the event date (Saturday, November 07, 2026) upon scanning your digital QR pass.

5. Technical Assistance
